This apartment is in the La Latina neighbourhood, right by Plaza de Tirso de Molina, in a multicultural area of Madrid full of entertainment and leisure activities. It is only a few minutes’ walk from Puerta del sol, Plaza Mayor and Museo Reina Sofía, three of the city’s must-see sights. Guests will find a wide range of restaurants, including some great tapas bars, as well as cafes, shops and entertainment options, including a cinema showing films in English, all only five minutes’ walk away.

This flat is in a renovated 1950s building where all the apartments are rented out for short-term stays.
The building has a lift and the apartments are equipped with all the latest mod cons to ensure optimal comfort: air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi internet and modern kitchens equipped with all the latest appliances.
The MadVille III apartment has been fully renovated and tastefully decorated to offer guests a relaxing stay. There are four separate bedrooms, two full bathrooms with shower, a spacious living room with dining area and a handy open-plan kitchen. It can sleep nine: there is a double bed, five single beds and a double sofa bed. Its decor reflects the latest trends in interior design, with lovely, comfortable and simple furniture in a warm combination of colours and materials, as well as magnificent cement-tile floors in the corridor and bathrooms.

Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard
