Located on the third floor, this cozy apartment with capacity for 4 people has one bedroom, living room, and a full bathroom with shower. The magnificent and well-distributed living room consists of a dining area and a relaxation area with a comfortable sofa bed and a SmartTV.
Likewise, the modern kitchen integrated into this space is fully equipped with utensils and different appliances.
The room is spacious and cozy, with a comfortable double bed, a built-in wardrobe. The bedroom is very quiet and has plenty of natural light.
The crib is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.
The heating to air conditioning change in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the air conditioning to heating change will be carried out in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
