Ciudad Lineal is an extensive district full of services, shops, and cafes. A neighborhood that is experienced on foot, with great commercial activity where everything is close and everything is possible.
Among other points of interest, it is very close to the always lively Quintana square, Calero park, the Alcalá Norte shopping center, and the Pablo Neruda library. Tradition and avant-garde coexist in this urban transformation hub.
The constant development of this area has turned it into the location of important television production studios, large administrative centers, and significant companies. Due to its good connection, one can easily go to Ifema and the northern area of Madrid, as well as reach Gran Vía or La Latina and other strategic locations in Madrid in just minutes and in a direct line.

Located on the fifth floor, this cozy apartment with capacity for 4 people has one bedroom, living room, and a full bathroom with shower. The magnificent and well-distributed living room consists of a dining area and a relaxation area with a comfortable sofa bed and a SmartTV.
Likewise, the modern kitchen integrated into this space is fully equipped with utensils and different appliances.
The room is spacious and cozy, with a comfortable double bed, a built-in wardrobe. The bedroom is very quiet and has plenty of natural light.
The apartment has a fully furnished terrace.
The crib is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.
The heating to air conditioning change in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the air conditioning to heating change will be carried out in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

This apartment is right in the centre of Madrid, between the neighbourhoods of Los Austrias and La Latina, in the oldest and loveliest part of the city. It has an unbeatable location in Plaza de Cascorro off Calle Duque de Alba, a few metres from Mercado de la Cebada, Calle Toledo and Plaza Mayor. El Rastro, a traditional open-air market, is held on Sundays in the area around the apartment, when the streets are closed to traffic until midday.

The renovations have brought out all the style and charm of this 35 m2 attic flat with sloping ceilings. It is the perfect apartment for families with kids or a couple looking for a hideaway. Every nook and cranny has been put to good use to offer the utmost in design, comfort and peace and quiet to groups of up to four people. Decorated in pure bohemian chic style, with brightly coloured furniture with ethnic touches, wallpaper and natural materials that will charm guests.
The first room you enter is the living-dining room with open-plan kitchen and double sofa bed. A wall with an opening separates the living room from the sleeping area with bed to create two separate spaces with a degree of privacy.
The apartment has internet access, smart TV, soundproofed windows and air conditioning throughout.

Remember it is not allowed to leave garbage in the apartment. You will be charged 50€ if you leave more than two bags of rubbish in the apartment.

The Puerta del Sol III is a small yet spacious apartment. It has one bedroom with a double bed and the living room also has a double sofa bed thus allowing for a capacity of up to 4 people. The combination of the wall paper and the soft grey colour along with the timber flooring create a very homely atmosphere. The furniture is well selected and fits perfectly with the tones of the apartment.
The apartment has a long and wide corridor, furnished with 2 puffs, a table, a built-in cupboard, and a mirror.
At the end of the corridor, you will find the bedroom. The bedroom has a separate bathroom, a comfortable high-quality bed, two bed tables with lamps, and a mirror. The bathroom is completely renovated.
In general the Puerta del Sol III apartment is very spacious, with many windows and plenty of natural light. The apartment although very central is located on a small and quiet street.
