Located in the Cuatro Caminos area in the Tetuán district, a popular and multicultural residential neighbourhood in the northern part of the city with a great deal of tradition. It is a building situated very close to Bravo Murillo street and Reina Victoria avenue, which has an excellent location especially for those visitors displaced to Madrid for seasons, due to its proximity and good communication with the university city; Plaza de Castilla; the financial district of Orense, where the Picasso Tower is located, an emblematic skyscraper of the city; the Corte Inglés on Castellana, the largest and most complete in Spain; as well as many other shops and shopping centres.
It is a neighbourhood in complete development with plenty of commercial offerings and an impressive lifestyle in which tradition and modernity are mixed. Opposite is located the well-known Mercado de Maravillas, one of the largest food markets in Europe where many of the city's best chefs acquire their products. An excellent location for students, executives and also tourists.
The Apartment:
This apartment is located on the third floor and has the perfect capacity for 6 people.
It features three beautiful bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, and two comfortable bathrooms with shower.
The cosy lounge shares the area with the dining room, which has a table set for 6 diners, to which two additional chairs can be added if needed. The lounge has a double sofa bed and a modern SmartTV.
The kitchen, integrated with the lounge, features a modern design and is fully equipped with all necessary appliances.
The flat has air conditioning with heat pump (heating) in all rooms.
This apartment does not have private parking; you can find public parking a short distance from the apartment.
The building is undergoing renovation work inside.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us with a maximum of 5 days' notice.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.
Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.
